Cable Regime was Paul Neville (guitar, vocals), Steve Hough (guitar) and Dermot Dalton (bass).
Paul Neville, one of the original founders of Fall of Because left Godflesh in 1992 to concentrate on this project of his.
The other 2 members of Cable Regime also played with Godflesh at one time. In 1999, they both played live with the band during the european tour, and Dermot Dalton played during the 2000 tour as well.
